The Request for Information State Fiscal Year 2025 represents the Huron County Board of Mental Health and Addiction Services (MHAS) intent to gather information for expanded services from current service providers and/or proposed new services.  RFIs will not be requested for current services.  Funding that is being sought from providers should be focused on those services that are not funded elsewhere and are leveraged with Medicaid and other payer sources.

Deadline for Submissions: March 29, 2024 by 4:00pm

Technical Assistance: The Board will respond to written questions only.  Questions may only be posed through email at director@huroncountymhas.org.  

Final Award Acceptance : Approval of RFIs is dependent upon the Board's SFY 2025 allocations from OhioMHAS.
