The COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak and associated safety measures can impact our mental health. It’s normal to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed when things are uncertain or seem unsafe. You are not alone, and support and help are available to assist you in this challenging time.
If you experience feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, or any other strong emotions for which you need support, call the Ohio CareLine at 800-720-9616. The Ohio CareLine is a free, non-judgmental, non-emergency support line available to every Ohioan. Individuals can call to get support and learn about available mental health and recovery resources. The Support Line is staffed by behavioral health professionals 7 days per week from 8:00 am – 8:00pm. You can also text 4HOPE to 741 741.
Our community behavioral health agencies continue to operate and are now offering services in person and over the internet or phone for all individuals throughout Huron County.
